To date, Health Navigaid has provided services to clients in 23 states, the District of Columbia, and three foreign countries.

Health Navigaid was founded in 2012 by Rick Pugach, a career health care executive. Out of necessity and repetition, he is well versed in dealing with incomprehensible nonsense as well as real issues that many of us encounter with our health care system.

Like many in the small but growing national cadre of independent professional health advocates, Rick's devotion to health advocacy was driven by a life experience.

Although our health care system may be too disjointed and politicized to ever reform systematically, Health Navigaid exists because we believe it is possible to make a difference on a person-by-person basis. We hope you will allow us the opportunity to demonstrate this to you.
