We will sift through the myriad of health information websites to provide you with credible, meaningful and understandable health information regarding your medical condition and treatment options. We will evaluate your current health benefits and future insurance options, and help interpret coverage and benefits matters.

We navigate.

We will deal with unresponsive intake personnel to expedite your physician or hospital appointment, when necessary. We will resolve delays in medical records transfers or preauthorization for health benefits.

We resolve.

We will pursue denials of claims by your health insurer that should have been paid. We will represent you through the entire appeal process, if necessary. We will negotiate, on your behalf, reductions in balance billing from health care providers.

We empower.

We will coach you to become a more engaged and knowledgeable health care consumer in choosing a physician, selecting a treatment option, understanding your patient rights, and deciding upon the best annual health benefits elections for you and/or your family.
